This recently renovated, fully stocked, 2 bed, 2 bathroom house has everything you need to truly enjoy your time in Dallas. Please note that we do not allow over 6 guests to stay on the property. This policy is strictly monitored and enforced.

Relax in your home away from home - Original hardwood floors throughout with charming touches while offering modern conveniences. Two master bedrooms each features a comfortable memory foam king bed. Additional guests can sleep on a full sized sleeper in the living room.

This is an up and coming neighborhood with a great deal of new development and tons of new townhomes popping up all over the street with some potential for construction noise.

Our stay here was perfect. The location was great, close to many of our interests, in a safe neighborhood, and quite at night. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, shower had great water pressure, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host responded quickly to any questions, gave clear and easy instructions. Absolutely fabulous girls trip!

My friend and I stayed here for a concert and we loved it! Check-in was super easy, beds were comfortable, and the location is ideal. I would definitely recommend this and would definitely stay here again!

Neat little house

This house was conveniently located in a great part of Dallas, close to 75, restaurants, stores, Lower Greenville area, etc. The house smelled very clean and had lots of towels and plenty of hot water, all a bonus! We would return for another stay!

This property is everything that is listed and more. Updated and tucked away in a nice new redevelopment. This home beats any place listed around. Perfectly located in the heart of Dallas.

Christmas stay

The house was perfect for our needs. Family lives close by and we basically needed a place to sleep. The bedrooms were very nice with a king bed in both rooms and attached bathrooms. The mattresses were very comfortable and loved the sound machines that were in both bedrooms. Nice big shower in the front bathroom with plenty of lighting . Close to some great restaurants . Would definitely stay here again. Host was super nice and easy to work with.

Great location and communication

The place was in a great location of Dallas, quiet street and close to downtown and plenty of restaurants. The house was nice and suited all of our needs. Parking was plentiful, if you have a truck, watch out for the greenery when driving in the driveway. The host communicates very well, just make sure you get the rental agreement when you book the listing. We did have an issue with mosquitoes but it’s Texas in the summer. Overall we had a lovely stay.
