This brand new home is +2200 square feet of modern black and gold luxury! Built with the highest quality fixtures and finishes, you'll be able to impress and entertain tons of guests in our open living room space. Great for family events, wedding celebrations, and watch parties. Comfortable ultra-plush beds in every room will leave everyone with a goodnight's sleep!

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

House size is good and confortable. Cleanliness needs to improve. Kitchen supplies were not enough for big parties. Location is great, we were able to get what we need in stores close by the house.

Great Space for a Group Trip

Our group had an excellent experience at the property. There was ample space for us to gather as a group in the dining room/living room area. There were also 4 bedrooms with more than enough beds available as well. We had no issues gets Uber rides to take us from the house to wherever we wanted to go. Overall, we had a great weekend and experience at the property.

Business Trip

We had a business trip with 7 co-workers. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space and enough central space for everyone to come together as well. Nice place.
