Luxuriously styled with designer finishes and furnishings that include: 52" Flat screen TV in Living Room; SubZero refrigerator and freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, cook top and oven, double faucet deep kitchen sink, walk-in pantry all styled around luscious Italian marble countertops and seating for 4 at the bar.

Bizzaza wall tiles, Italian marble flooring, designer sinks and faucets are for your enjoyment in both full bathrooms. The 2 person double head glass frameless shower is finished with river rock flooring and a separate water closet.

The primary bedroom offers a King bed and the second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds, accommodating 4 guests total.

WiFi throughout and 2 reserved parking spaces just outside the front entry, simply add to the perfect beach get-away.

Private pool and sumptuous pool deck is fully outfitted with ample lounges, tables and chairs. The beautiful “heated” Pool is for the exclusive use of only 14 residents of the complex. You'll feel like it's your own private Villa!

The all glass doors open to the Gulf to view that enhances your tranquil stay in this small 14 unit complex that sits 50 feet from the beach. This place is well sought after when you want to come and stay to enjoy an entire month-long vacation getaway from it all! This beautiful landscape and lush gardens are sure to enjoy a walk in the morning or just at sunset. Very well maintained and all for our guests to take in.

Full washer and dryer are located inside the unit for convenience so you can pack lightly and don't have to leave the comforts of this condo.

Seascape 9/Beach Time Rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall vacation experience was horrible. As discussed with the beach time rental staff several times over our 6 week stay. From day one (WiFi not working, only one tv available (despite pics to the contrary on your site) main bedroom no tv, ice maker not working), I could go on and on about our dissatisfaction. Overall not very clean (especially the bathrooms)...main shower leaks, both TP dispensers broken (have been for several years). Fridge several expired items not removed. Very poor quality control as all these issues should have been noticed/fixed before our arrival. Not to mention unannounced arrivals for deliveries from the owners. Very hard to deal with the people sent to fix the issues due to language difficulty. At the end of the day my biggest issue is your business model (IE: It should be a workable 3 sided triangle between the paying guests, your company and the actual owners) and 2 sides of this triangle are not working together. Finally you describe this as a "luxurious condo" which we paid a considerable amount for and found to be anything but. The overall impression was one of a "patina of neglect" from the owners, the Cohen family. Sadly you and they have forced us to look elsewhere for accommodations despite our 3 visits and overall love for the property and the friends we have made during this time
