Located on famous Seven Mile Beach, this 2 bedroom apartment offers you everything you'll need for a comfortable and convenient stay. A few steps from your doorstep, you'll find swimming and snorkeling in the Caribbean Sea at its best. There is plenty to do if you are looking for adventure, or simply choose to relax on the powdery white sand and enjoy an afternoon siesta. The apartment is easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars, dive shops, coffee shops, and other amenities.

The Space:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and patio to enjoy your morning coffee along with the natural lighting and a fresh cross breeze.
The loft over looks the living room and includes 2 single beds and dresser, great for kids.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools inviting conversation as meals are prepared or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. It is fully equipped to make meal preparation easy with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is also a covered front balcony that includes a dining table to enjoy your meals or morning coffee outside and enjoy the warm Caribbean weather.
The bathroom has been updated to include beautiful tile work and a large shower with sliding glass doors (no bathtub).
There are also smart tv's available for you to sign into your favorite streaming service for entertainment.

Guest Access:
There is free parking available on site. Island Pine Villas shares a large complimentary parking lot next door. The complex also offers a large community pool (plus loungers on the sundeck), a BBQ, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities. Located next to a popular beachfront restaurant/bar, Coral Beach, you can enjoy all the fun daytime action and nightlife, or if you prefer your a quieter spot, you'll only need to walk a little further up the beach for peaceful relaxation.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in George Town, Cayman Islands, in the very popular Seven Mile Beach area. A short walk from the property, you'll find Camana Bay, a great hangout spot with boutique stores, a cinema, ice cream parlours, a bookstore, as well as many fantastic restaurants with outdoor patios. Just follow the path across the main street. All along West Bay Road (the main strip on SMB) there are many restaurant options (from fast food to fine dining) within a short distance, as well as supermarkets, liquor stores, diving supply and clothing stores.

Getting Around:
Local Buses will stop for you while standing at the side of the road. Most trips are $2 anywhere along West Bay Road. All taxi companies require a special license in Cayman and new hygiene regulations are in place to ensure every journey follows strict sanitation guidelines. However, car rentals are one of the easiest and most comfortable means of transport with rentals available at the airport. Grand Cayman is easy to get around and remember, driving is on the left. No two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, making exploring simple! If you've booked any tours you may not need it as most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located on the second floor, and there are a set of stairs to access the unit. There are also stairs inside the unit to access the loft bedroom.
Please note that the final quote provided includes the daily accommodation rate, cleaning fee, as well as the Cayman Islands Government 13% tourism tax.
