Living room, kitchenette, sleeping alcove, bathroom, separate WC, loggia. WITH REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING
SLEEPS: 4 people max. SLEEPING ALCOVE: 2 bunk beds. LIVING ROOM: 1 double sofa bed.
KITCHENETTE: 2-burner induction cooktop, 1 tabletop refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, mini-oven. TV.
BATHROOM: Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and separate WC.
Residence with swimming pool ideally located between the beach and the port, 600m from Richelieu Beach. Close to shops.
The swimming pool is subject to approval by the Syndic and is normally open from mid-June to early September.
A security deposit of €400 is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
