No parking space. 1st floor with elevator. South-facing. Views of the canal, lagoon, green spaces, and Ile des Loisirs.
Living room, kitchenette, sleeping alcove, shower room, separate WC, loggia. WITH REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LOUNGE.
SLEEPS: 4 people max. SLEEPING ALCOVE: 2 bunk beds. LIVING ROOM: 1 double sofa bed.
KITCHENETTE: 2-burner electric cooktop, 1 table top fridge, microwave. TV.
BATHROOM: Shower room with shower, sink, and separate WC.
Residence with swimming pool ideally located between the beach and the port, 600m from Richelieu Beach. Close to shops.
The swimming pool is subject to approval by the condominium association and is normally open from mid-June to early September.
A security deposit of €400 is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
