About this property
Attractive studio with balcony, pool and dream view
It is a holiday resort, popular with our holidaymakers and buyers, in a quiet south-facing location. There is a public beach with a snack bar just 400 m away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Beginning of September), sun loungers and parasols as well as the tennis courts (for a fee). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments. Since we have already earned our agency commission for the sale of each apartment, we can now offer you these apartments as a tenant free of commission. Das Appartement, der Balkon, der Ausblick auf den See, wie beschrieben, einfach TOP!
Man sollte wissen, dass das Appartment in einer großen, abgeschlossenen Ferienanlage ist.
Der Pool gehört nicht zu der Anlage, es ist ein öffentlicher Pool, zu dem jeder gegen Bezahlung kommen kann. Für die Mieter des Appartments ist der Pool frei, allerdings darf man keine eigenen Getränke oder Speisen mitbringen.
Fussläufig ist eine Pizzeria und eine Strandbar erreichbar, für andere Restaurants muss man den Wagen nehmen.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Informationsbroschüre mit Tipps, die wir auch genutzt haben.
Leider gab es auch kein Wifi, das war aber auch nicht beschrieben.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.
