Historical villa "Villa Ceriana", from the 19th century, built in 1914. 14 apartments in the property. 1 km from the centre of Ghiffa, 3.5 km from the centre of Verbania Intra, on a slope, 80 m from the lake, road to cross. For shared use: large, beautiful garden with lawn and trees. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 140 m, railway station "Verbania Pallanza" 12.4 km, ferry "Verbania - Laveno" 4 km, pebble beach 80 m (small). Golf course (9 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: Svizzera/Suisse/Switzerland 21 km, Lago Maggiore Zipline 20 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania, 5 km.
