We are pleased to be able to offer you two lovingly furnished 2½- and 3½-room apartments in this charming residence. Here you will enjoy the edge of the nature reserve SS. Trinità has a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains from the interior as well as from the outside. The quiet and sunny view in a preferred residential area of ​���Ghiffa is a wonderful prerequisite for a relaxing holiday in a refined atmosphere. The lake shore of Ghiffa with pizzeria, bar and pharmacy is located about 1 km away. If you want to go strolling, then the town of Intra with its idyllic Alstadt, which you reach by car in barely 10 minutes. From here, you can also go by car and passenger ferries to many interesting activities. There is a free WLAN Internet access available for navigating the Internet. You can park your car on a private covered parking space within the enclosed residence. From the parking space of the apartment E 1 it is about 20 m to the apartment, at the apartment D 3 you go about 80 m up the stairs. Pets are not allowed in both apartments. 2½-room corner apartment "E 1" with about 50 m² living space, up to 2 persons: living / dining room with fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV, Traumseesicht and exit to the balcony Well equipped, open kitchen with oven, 4-burner gas hob and hatch to the living / dining room Bedroom with double bed (single mattresses) Friendly bathroom with shower, bidet and window Separate basement room with washing machine, ironing board and iron Approx. 10 m² sun balcony with awning and stunning views of the lake and the mountains

Ruhig und erholsam -

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und eingerichtet, tipptopp sauber. Danke an Mauro!Kommen gerne wieder und werden bei Lago-Reisen buchen und uns auch andere Möglichkeiten anschauen. Auto oder Fahrrad für Besorgungen oder Ausflüge empfohlen. Man kann schön im Naturpark wandern.

Bezaubernde Wohnung für ruhige Tage

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt am Hang hoch über dem Lago Maggiore und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über den See. Abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen, bleibt man vom Straßenlärm verschont und kann den Urlaub genießen. Einkaufsgelegenheit (Alimentari-Laden) und das Dorfzentrum mit Restaurants und Uferpromenade sind fußläufig zu erreichen (allerdings muss man recht gut zu Fuß sein, denn es gibt einen deutlichen Höhenunterschied zu überwinden)

Schöner Aufenthalt.

Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Nette Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe / 1 km mit allem was man im Alltag braucht. Mit dem eBike war es sehr angenehm zum See und wieder hoch zur Unterkunft zu fahren. Auch zum Einkaufen ist ein Radl empfehlenswert.

Wohnung in Ghiffa

Leider erfolgte der Check-in sehr schwierig (ausschließlich in italienisch). Die Wohnung war bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur nicht geheizt, Strom war keiner vorhanden. Mit Hilfe einer Nachbarin konnte der Strom 4 Stunden nach unserer Ankunft wieder hergestellt werden. Vom Vermieter selbst fehlte jede Spur, telefonisch war er auch nicht erreichbar. Eine dubiose Teilzahlung der Miete in bar war bei Ankunft zu entrichten. Das Appartement war mit einem Sammelsurium von Geschirr und Dekoration ausgestattet, ansonsten jedoch sehr sauber und mit schöner Aussicht.
