Spacious 3½-room apartment with beautiful sunny garden & view of the lake

The attractive 3½-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a neat 2-family house in a quiet and sunny view, slightly above the lake. In total, the tastefully furnished apartment has a living area of approx. 100 m², a garden of approx. 120 m², a balcony of approx. 10 m² and a terrace of approx. 8 m². From the inside as well as from the outside you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the opposite mountains. The public beach as well as the ship dock are about 1.5 km away, so you can reach many excursion destinations also by the passenger ferry. In the village of Gonte, just 1 km away, there is a grocery store as well as a pharmacy, a doctor, a restaurant and a pizzeria with a very nice view. Oggebbio and its surroundings can be explored on footpaths through endless chestnut and beech forests. You will always surprise impressive viewpoints with constantly changing views on the exceptionally beautiful landscape and the lake. For passionate golfers there are five greens with different requirements within 15 to 30 minutes. If you are still longing for the digital world, you have a free WLAN Internet access available for surfing the Internet. You park your car in the car park within the enclosed property. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Der Aufenthalt war für uns rundum wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder. Lediglich die Sofas wären einmal zu erneuern, da diese sehr abgewohnt sind. Das war jedoch für uns weniger ein Problem zumal wir die Abendstunden auf dem Balkon mit dem wunderbaren Blick über den Lago Maggiore verbringen konnten. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Patricia und Claudio waren mega freundliche, emphatische Gastgeber. Wir hatten in der Schweiz eine Autopanne und kamen abends nach 20 Uhr fix und fertig mit einem Taxi in Oggebbio an. Da ging Claudio los und hat Pizza geholt. Am Sonntag Morgen kam Patricia mit Frühstücksutensilien, dass wir ja nicht verhungern????????????das war super. Claudio brachte auch immer wieder frisches Gemüse. Tomaten mussten wir gar keine meht einkaufen.Und natürlich der Garten und der Ausblick waren phänomenal. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Lago Maggiore im Haus der Beiden.
