Shops, bars and restaurants as well as the public sand beach are nearby - you only need your car for the varied cultural trips. The special charm of these apartments is, among other things, the numerous possibilities offered by the location of the residence: you can swim to the residencesen, about 9 mx 15 m large pool (weather permitting open from early June to mid / late September) Or go to the public sandy beach about 20 m away. The idyllic village of Feriolo is also reachable within a few minutes, so you can do the little things of everyday life on foot. You can park your car in the private underground garage (apartment "D") or in the garage (apartment "H") within the enclosed residence.
