Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with lakefront and lake access

The "Villetta Romantica" is the little sister of the "La Villa di Elena", which is right next door. The 2-room house with the two tastefully furnished, with attention to detail furnished apartments is located on the approx. 8 km long lakeside promenade, which runs down to Suna. It is composed of a walkway, bike path and a one-way street, allowing you to reach Pallanza (400 m), Suna (2.5 km) and Intra (4 km) with its numerous bars, shops, Pizzerias, etc. not only with your car, but also easy to reach on foot or by bike. Due to the direct lake view, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains and enjoy the beauty of life and nature. In the morning a refreshing bath in the lake (over a ladder from the property reachable), then a cozy breakfast and then relax in the lounger with a view of the dreamlike landscape - what more could one want! If you prefer to move, you can also explore the surrounding area by bicycle (free use on request, no liability takeover). The Pallanza boat dock is a 10-minute walk away and offers you a wide range of excursions on the lake. A visit to the world famous Borromean Islands should not be missed! You can maintain contact with the rest of the world with the free WLAN Internet access. You park your car within the 1. 200 m² of enclosed land, which is available to you together with the inhabitants of "La Villa di Elena". A buoy is also available on request for a fee. Pets are not allowed. 1-room apartment "Brontolino" on the ground floor with approx. 25 m² living space, up to 2 persons: living room / bedroom with foldaway bed with two single mattresses, satellite TV and dream lake view as well as exit to the seat and to the property Well equipped kitchenette with 4- Flame stove, dishwasher and microwave. Friendly bathroom with shower, bidet and window. Private seat for 2 persons in front of the apartment. 1. 200 m² large community property with stunning views of the lake and the opposite shore

Eine sehr schöne Lage und eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend für zwei Personen und vor allem ist es sauber. Beim Check-In wurden wir sehr nett empfangen.

Sehr freundlicher und flexibler Service vor Ort durch Christiana. Eigener Zugang zum See. Fahrräder vor Ort, so dass Radtouren am See möglich sind oder der Brötchenkauf in wenigen Minuten erledigt ist. Wer wandern möchte, hat die Berge recht nah. Das Appartement ist sauber, sinnvoll eingerichtet und hat das nötige, um sich auch etwas zu kochen. Mehr als zwei passen aber nicht in das Appartement, daher für Paare ideal.

Die Fewo ist sehr schön gelegen. Gepflegte Liegewiese und direkter Seezugang. Grillplatz war nicht gerichtet und nicht einsatzbereit.
