Ruhig und doch mitten im Ortskern

Morgens beim Öffnen des Fensterladens geht eiben das Herz auf, denn man steht quasi direkt gegenüber dem Kirchturm. Einmalig! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem tollen 60er Jahre - Ambiente, das aber irgendwie auch nagelneu ist. Irgendwie war viel Lesearbeit nötig, die auch wirklich erwartet wurde. Unsere bisherigen Wohnungserfahrungen waren intuitiver. Das Gas extra abzurechnen macht aber z. B. viel Sinn. Man spürt, dass der Wohnungsinhaber das Objekt wirklich liebt und er möchte, dass man sich pudelwohl fühlt. Zwei nette Nachbarn vor Ort sind bei Fragen da.

Nette, geräumige Ferienwohnung in idyllischem italienischen Bergdorf

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es war immer mindestens ein Ansprechpartner verfügbar. Durch die gegenüberliegende Kirche wird man an vernünftige Schlafzeiten gewöhnt (von 22 bis 7 Uhr Ruhe) und kann nach dem Urlaub ohne Probleme wieder ins Berufsleben starten. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und neben dem Lago Maggiore, welches zum Baden einlädt, kann man die vielen schönen Städte rundherum besuchen und gut Essen gehen. Auf ein Auto ist man allerdings auf jeden Fall angewiesen. Auch in Viggiona selbst gibt es gute Lokale, eine frühzeitige Reservierung ist in der HS zu empfehlen. Falls das Wetter nicht ganz mitspielt, kann man auf der überdachten Terrasse oder auch im Innenbereich gut seine Zeit mit Spielen oder Kochen verbringen. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort genossen und können das Lago Maggiore und die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in Viggiona! Das Häuschen samt Garten ist sehr großzügig aufgeteilt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Garten lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen, Wein trinken oder auch einem Mittagsschläfchen unter Palmen ein. Rundherum gibt es schöne, unterschiedlich anspruchsvolle Wanderwege. Den See erreicht man in knapp 10 Min mit dem Auto. Hier gibt es direkt in Cannero 2 schöne Strände, einen Bootsverleih, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war tip top! Vor Ort gibt es direkte Ansprechpartner und umfangreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen jeglicher Art. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in kleinem Bergdorf

Das Haus - resp. die Wohnung - ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Eugenia (die sich um die Gäste kümmert) zuvorkommend und sehr verlässlich, und überhaupt alle Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Zu verbessern wären evtl. das Bett: wunderschön, aber jede Bewegung wird von einem Knacken und Knarzen begleitet. Zu erwähnen sind die Glocken des nahen Kirchturms, die im Vergleich auch zu denen in Trarego oder anderswo besonders laut / eindringlich sind (und zudem alle Uhrzeiten von 7 h bis 22 h aus unerfindlichen Gründen zwei mal im Abstand von wenigen Minuten einläuten).

Ruhe pur in den Bergen

Die Wohnung ist urgemütlich und sehr sauber. Die Wendeltreppe ist eng, aber gut zu meistern, nur mit Gepäck wird es schwierig. Für jemanden, der gerne kocht ist soweit alles da. Die Terrasse läd zum Entspannen ein. Im Ort sind fußläufig zwei gute Restaurants. Viggiona ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In Cannero kann man am Wasser einen leckeren Kaffee trinken und auch gut essen. Die Märkte in der Umgebung sind immer einen Ausflug wert. In Cannobio ist er entlang der gesamten Promenade. Einkaufen kann man in kleineren Supermärkten in der Nähe. Größere Supermärkte sind in Intra und Gravallone Toce. Eugenia ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, fragt sie einfach, wenn ihr was wissen wollt. Auch Andreas ist per Telefon immer erreichbar und hilft sofort. Wir können die Casa Rossi nur empfehlen.
