This property is ideal for a group of friends/family wanting to have a relaxing vacation on Lake Eufaula. After a day on the water, dock your boat and personal watercraft in owners enclosed dock w/electric. The 2691 sq ft home has 3 car garage, large deck with grill/smoker/chairs, large living/dining/kitchen/bar open concept which allows for entertaining a large group. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. the living area has 4 recliners, the sunroom is large enough for a queen size blow-up mattress with its own sink and toilet, has a separate bar area, a basement with a sleeper/sofa. All rooms have ceiling fans and satellite tv with the very large master bedroom that one may have to quarrel over, with the bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub with overhanging tv. Also has laundry room with washer and dryer.
