About this property

A paradise holiday on the historic Lutherweg!

Directly in the picturesque Rösetal, on the historic Lutherweg, Jacobsweg and European Fernwanderweg, you reach our completely renovated holiday house with a living space of approx. 35 square meters. The combined living room / bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed, which can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons.
A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine, as well as a WC with wash basin are provided. Furthermore, a flatscreen TV with SAT reception.
In the large meadow behind the house you will find comfortable loungers to relax and a barbecue hut for pleasant evenings.

Natur pur

Schönes kleines Ferienhäuschen, wo trotzdem alles vorhanden ist. Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, unweit vom See, direkt am Rad-und Wanderweg. Leider hat das Häuschen keine Heizung, wir waren Ende September da und es war ziemlich kalt. Es wird auch nicht darauf hingewiesen im Expose. Ein transportables elektrisches Heizgerät war da nicht sehr hilfreich und auch nicht umweltfreundlich.
