About this property
Lovely renovated apartment sea view, located in a villa. Heated swimming pool.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story villa. Peace and quiet are guaranteed! The sea is 1,200 meters away, and the Massif des Maures mountain range is 200 meters away: a perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent range on foot or by bike. Enjoy the swimming pool (28°C) between May and September, complete with sun loungers and garden furniture for relaxation. The 60 m² terrace features a summer lounge and a dining area with a Weber barbecue.
Access is via a staircase of approximately thirty steps.
Inside, there is a large, fully equipped living room and kitchen with a digital television.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm). Please note that this second bedroom does not have a window but is ventilated. Wardrobes are available for all your belongings. Each of the two bathrooms has a sink, shower, and toilet.
And if you wish, a yoga instructor can join you to enhance your experience!
