The apartment is 45 m2 in size and is located on the ground floor (nevertheless increased balcony view). It is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible according to DIN 18024 and 18025 and can be reached by elevator. It is only about 150 meters to the white sandy beach. The apartment has its own parking space directly in the back yard. In the beach street, the promenade street of Baabe, you will find a bike rental, several restaurants, souvenir shops and shopping for daily needs such as. Lidl, Aldi, Netto is only 400m away.

Furnishing:
We offer you a combined living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette. Wheelchair-accessible bathroom with walk-in shower, fold-down shower seat, grab handles on shower and toilet, washbasin underneath, mirror in sitting position - washing machine, wardrobe with safe, cloakroom, luggage and shoe rack. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and everything from the plate to the spoon.(Stove and sink can be driven under). LCD flat screen TV with satellite receiver.

Description of the area

The apartment is in the tranquil and popular Strandstrasse. with their old bath villas on the direct way to the sea. Shops, restaurants and cafes are everywhere on the right and left.
The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on the Mönchgut peninsula in the southeastern part of Rügen. The area is characterized by an idyllic heathland. Gentle hills blend in between lakes and bodden. The spa gardens of Baabe are in the immediate vicinity. The small, cozy port of the village is within walking distance. Boat trips into the lagoon landscape start there.

Tourist tax: is paid by you on site in the spa administration. (Only 3 min from the apartment)

Severely injured persons from 80% and their accompanying person are exempt from paying the spa tax upon presentation of a valid ID and the corresponding entry therein. Children who are 15 years of age or younger at the time of their stay in Baabe do not pay city tax. A day cure card / afternoon cure card is only required in high season.
