Super Urlaub

Es war ein super Urlaub. Das Haus war ein Traum und die Lage so nahe am Strand wirklich perfekt. Der Vermieter ist ein Herzensguter Mensch und war so lieb. Und in seiner Pizzeria gibt es die besten Pizzen der Welt. Es wurde zwar noch gebaut, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub in einer Baustelle

Das Objekt liegt mitten in einer ungesicherten Baustelle. Das Gelände ist kaum begehbar. Terrasse nicht vorhanden. Für unseren Kurztrip gerade noch machbar.

Tolles Ferienhaus und Umgebung

Tolles Ferienhaus für große Familien bzw. Gruppen. Tolle Lage, Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Getränkemarkt, Souvenirshop... Alles gut und schnell zu erreichen. Pizzaria und Grieche gleich nebenan. Tolles Essen in beiden Restaurants. Sollte etwas in der Küche fehlen kann man problemlos rüber zum Eigentümer (Pizzaria) gehen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, leider ist die Küche für ein 10 Personen Haus wirklich unzureichend ausgestattet und die Kinder mussten ihre Brote mit scharfen Steakmessern schmieren. Einige Möbel waren kaputt und die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers ist eher ungemütlich. Im Obergeschoss war ein Türschloss rausgebrochen ... Mit wenigen Handgriffen könnte man hier einiges rausholen. Schade

Lubmin ist eine Reise wert

das Objekt liegt unmittelbar am Wasser, man kann in den Dünen sehr weit spazieren bzw. mit den Fahrrad lang fahren. wenn mal kein Wetter zum baden ist, hat man viele Ausflugsziele, die man in der Information erhalten kann. Sie sind sehr kompetent und informations freudig. das Haus könnte noch etwas mehr gestalltet werden, aber man ist ja noch im Bau ein sehr schönes Objekt, wo man Urlaub machen kann mfg Ilona Hellmig

Hätte viel besser sein können

Wir waren zu sechst für fünf Tage in diesem Haus . Leider gab es zu viele Mängelpunkte . Es fing an mit einem unpersönlichen Schlüsselempfang . Ich hätte irgendwer sein können . Kein Ausweis erforderlich . Während unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten im Nachbarobjekt . Arbeiter betraten unser Haus während unserer Abwesenheit für nötige Handgriffe ohne Absprache Unvollständige Kücheneinrichtung . Verstopfte Abflüsse im Sanitärbereich . Sehr ungepflegter Garten . Man fühlte sich wie auf einer Baustelle . Die Terasse hätte einen großen Sonnenschirm gebraucht . Es war während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr sonnig und warm . Am Strand gibt es eine Strandbar ( incl. Beschallung) . Jede Menge Alkohol erhältlich . Für die Kinder auch eine kleine Auswahl an Eis . Aber im Durchschnitt für 2,50 € . Zu teuer . Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen . Man hatte das Gefühl hier soll nur das schnelle Geld gemacht werden .

Prima Lage

Das Haus ist zum Meer und zum Ort super gelegen, schön groß und sauber. Die Einrichtung war schön und zweckmäßig, aber etwas spartanisch. Nicht ganz so schön war das Grundstück, das im Gegensatz zu den umliegenden Gärten ungepflegt wirkte. Uns hat das nicht wirklich gestört, weil wir tolles Wetter hatten und den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, aber wer von der Terrasse aus einen schönen Blick haben möchte, wird enttäuscht.
