This spacious and comfortable accommodation has been designed to offer a pleasant stay with family or friends, with comprehensive facilities and well-defined spaces. It has two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm). A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, bringing the accommodation capacity to an ideal level for convivial stays.

The living room is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary crockery, including wine glasses. The accommodation also has air conditioning, a television, radiators, storage space with hangers, and hot water. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety.

There are two shower rooms, which are convenient for groups. Outside, a private patio and barbecue allow you to make the most of sunny days and enjoy al fresco dining. The entrance is well lit and there is a laundrette on site.

Pets are accepted at an additional cost. Cleaning must be done before departure. The accommodation is located in a lively area, which may cause occasional noise, particularly from the nearby playgrounds and climbing facilities. Surveillance systems are in place to ensure safety and the smooth running of your stay.
