The tree blossom town of Werder is located in the Speckgürtel of Potsdam and Berlin.
The apartment is located in a house built in 1999 and has a level access. The sliding door of the living room allows direct access to the sun terrace with a view of the Birkengrundweg and the opposite tree stand.
Werder is very accessible via AB connections (exit Phöben, 3,5 km) and train (walking distance 800 m). With the RE1 you reach Magdeburg (1 time hourly: 1 hour), Brandenburg (2 times hourly: 15 minutes), Potsdam (2 times hourly: 10 minutes) and Berlin HBf (2 times hourly 40 minutes).
Werder itself has a well developed public transport / bus network. The nearest stop is about 400 m away.
The apartment has: TV & WLAN as well as car park for cars or wheelchair access. Children are welcome. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a ground floor shower cubicle.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Mit der Bahn sind Berlin und Potsdam wirklich super zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!

Sowohl der Gastgeber, als auch die Ausstattung, die außergewöhnlich ruhige Lage, aber dennoch in 15 Minuten fußläufig vom S-Bahnhof entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz. 30 Minuten mit S-Bahn in Berlin, 15 Min. nach Brandenburg oder Potsdam.

Som beskrevet i annoncen. Ligger godt til banegården, hvilket var væsentligt for os. Rolig, lidt afsides villavej. Eneste minus var værtens hunde (bor i ejendommen), som kan støje noget når værten ikke er hjemme.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kamen auf Empfehlung von Freunden und waren ebenfalls begeistert. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir haben die absolute Ruhe genossen und super geschlafen. Der Ort Werder ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Die Gegend bietet viel Abwechslung und ist wirklich sehenswert.Die Vermieter sind total nett und die hilfreichen Tipps haben wir gerne angenommen. Gerne wieder.

Rund um Zufrieden

Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Lage war für Ausflüge etwas abgelegen. Wenn man nach Berlin rein wollte, brachte man mindestens 45 min bis länger. Je nach Ziel.Aber war schon ok. Das würde uns nicht davon abhalten, diese Wohnung erneut zu nehmen. Auch weil man im Hof parken durfte.

Erholsamer und ruhiger Ausgangspunkt für jede Menge Aktivitäten

Bei besonders gastfreundlichen, entgegenkommenden und aufgeschlossenen Gastgebern, die unaufdringlich, aber mit vielen Informationen unser Urlaubs-"Programm" unterstützen, durften wir zweieinhalb Wochen in der schönen, ruhig gelegenen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Ferienwohnung braucht, sie war auch im Sommer angenehm kühl, und die große Fensterfront, der Garten bzw, die überdachte Terrasse waren ein Highlight. Einzelne Details der Wohnung stünden vielleicht mal für ein Update an, aber das haben wir auch vor Ort rückgemeldet, und es beeinträchtigte unseren Urlaub nicht. Durch die gute Lage sind Bahnhof (RE1, der fährt gefühlt überall hin), Busse, Seen, Radwege jederzeit gut erreichbar. Wir hatten in Potsdam, Berlin, Brandenburg und vor allem in der Natur rund um Werder viele schöne Ausflüge mit dem Rad und können Wohnung, Umgebung und Gastgeber voll empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Ganz wunderbar!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Werder und Umgebung. Die Wohnung war schön und gemütlich. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Es war alles vorhanden und von den zauberhaften Vermietern gab es noch einige leckere Extras! Die Gegend ist für Fahrradtouren ideal, eine große gastronomische Auswahl. Man konnte mit dem Dampfer nach Potsdam fahren und mit dem Zug direkt nach Berlin Alexanderplatz oder Friedrichstrasse. Ideal. Vielen Dank!

Vermieter sehr freundlich Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Küche mit ihren Geräten und Töpfen ist grenzwertig. Die Betten quietschen bei jeder bewegung und man hat das gefühl sie brechen gleich zusammen. Auch sonst steckt in der Wohnungseinrichtung keine liebe Und einen Parkplatz gibt es auch nur ausserhalb des Grundstück am Wald nicht sehr vorteilhaft.
