Beautiful vacation home "Finnhütte" with 2 terraces + WLAN

This beautiful cottage in Finnhüttenbaustil is located in a quiet location on Tollensesee. The facilities include a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with a fold-out couch with sleep function and in the attic there are again sleeping places for 2 persons. The house is equipped with central heating for the colder days. In addition, there are 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture for 4 persons on the approximately 450 m² plot. The lake is about 100 m walk (2 minutes walk) from the house. There you will find a beautiful jetty and the boat berths. Of course, my rowboat and boat dock is available free of charge during the summer months. A nice playground for the little ones is in the immediate vicinity. In front of the house are the 2 parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi is of course also available. A pleasant privacy is ensured by a hedge and a privacy fence.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Einzig das Einparken war ein wenig kompliziert, weil so eng. Wir haben die Hütte nur zum Übernachten benutzt. Meistens waren wir bei Verwandten. Könnte mir vorstellen nnoch einmal zu buchen.

Wir waren eine Woche im August in der Finnhütte. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und ist sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig 😉

Ruhige Lage, See gut erreichbar, gute Radwege um den See und nach Neu Brandenburg.

Erholsam, in schöner, abends sehr stiller Umgebung; ein freundliches, modernes, wohldurchdachtes Häuschen, in dem wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Ein freundlicher, unkomplizierter, vertrauensvoller Vermieter. Leider war das zugesagte Boot saisonbedingt nicht verfügbar, das war ein bisschen schade. Das Haus steht in einer Garten- Ferienhaus- / Wohnanlage, wo die Häuser relativ dicht beieinander stehen. An dem einen Wochenende wurde im Nachbarhaus gebaut, da haben die Hammerschläge von nebenan zwischendurch in unseren Ohren geklungen, aber auch diese Nachbarn freundlich, unaufdringlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 8 - 10 km entfernt, worauf wir mit unseren Ansprüchen (faule, naturnahe Tage erleben zu wollen) gut einlassen konnten. Gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Herr Schönfisch ist sehr nett,lustig und humorvoll. Bei Nachfragen reagierte er freundlich. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass er den eigenen Anspruch hat , dass wir uns in seiner Finnhütte wohlfühlen. Dies haben wir auf jeden Fall, auch wenn die Sonne sich nicht immer blicken ließ. Die Umgebung ist interessant, schön und sehenswert. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.

Erholsamer Urlaub in super Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Check-in und Check-out waren unproblematisch, der Vermieter hat uns bei Ankunft alles gezeigt und erklärt. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der See mit Badestellen ist in 2 Min. zu erreichen. Wir haben auch das Ruderboot (zum Angeln) benutzt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub mit super Wetter in ruhiger Umgebung. Kann man sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Bei Anreise wurden wir schon vom Vermieter erwartet, der uns die Gegebenheiten vor Ort gezeigt hat.Herr Schönfisch ist super nett und unkompliziert.Wenn es Probleme gibt ist er zur Stelle.Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht.Ich habe bei der Buchung die Größe der Hütte etwas überschätzt.Fazit ich würde mit 3 Hunden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen ,da ich am Ende das Gefühl hatte ich wohne in der Hundehütte 😄Ich würde diese Unterkunft jungen Leuten empfehlen und auch nur zu zweit da man auch auf einer Couch schläft und ältere Menschen haben andere Ansprüche.Man kann sich schlecht aus dem Weg gehen bei der Größe der Hütte.Die Umgebung und die Nähe zum See waren toll.Man konnte auch gut mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein.

Schönes kleines Häuschen

Als wir ankamen, hat uns der Vermieter den Schlüssel gebracht und alles rund um das Haus gezeigt. Es ist nicht weit zum Schwimmsteg und auch nicht zum Boot, welches zum Haus gehört. Außerdem gibt es in etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg eine Badestelle mit Liegewiese. Das Häuschen ist gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Oben im Dach zu schlafen war wirklich was besonderes und wenn man beide Fenster öffnet, lässt es sich dort auch bei warmen Wetter gut liegen, wenn Wind geht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, allerdings gibt es ansonsten nicht so furchtbar viel in der Nähe, das sollte man wissen. Auch wenn das Häuschen wirklich schön und idyllisch ist, fanden wir den Preis ein wenig hoch, da es ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab, die nicht 100% gepasst haben: es fehlten an einigen Fenstern Fliegengitter oder sie waren kaputt, die Wasserhähne nicht ganz fest, sodass wir Sorge hatten, sie kaputt zu machen. Trotzdem insgesamt eine schönes und idyllisch gelegene Unterkunft, zu empfehlen.

Zum Wasser nicht weit gewesen, aber der Weg zum Steg selbst ist etwas unsicher. Die Hütte selbst ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, aber nicht gut geeignet für Kleinkinder und ältere Menschen da es eine steile Treppe nach oben gibt und keine Haltemöglichkeiten gibt. Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte aber nicht durch den Vermieter da er selbst noch im Urlaub war es wurde aber durch eine Vertretung übernommen. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung erfolgt und es wurde auch kurz erklärt wo etwas sich befindet. Kleines Manko ist die Sauberkeit da muss ich 1 Punkt abziehen, denn man hatte an der Treppe und an der Couch Spinnenweben gehabt. Alles in einem war es ein guter und ruhiger Aufenthalt gewesen.
