The house is very pleasant to live in, bright made with beautiful materials and large bay windows to enjoy two large wooden terraces and a beautiful garden with trees, surrounded by the beautiful pine forest. The living room is very spacious 60 m² with its well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher at a very practical height). It has 4 bedrooms including a master suite on the ground floor with dressing room, bathroom, bathtub, two sinks and separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine, a large fridge and freezer. Upstairs, 3 other bedrooms with a large shower room, two sinks and separate toilet.
House ideally located 1 km from the village of Léon on the edge of the Vélodyssée cycle path, its daily market, its shops and restaurants. You will enjoy the lake with all its water activities such as beach, paddle, pedal boats, sailing. 6 km from the Landes beaches of Moliets, the Courant d'Huchet, surfing, tree climbing park, and its international golf course. Walks in the forest for family holidays.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette très belle maison . Le quartier très calme et très nature nous a séduit. La piste cyclable au pied de la maison est un plus pour ceux qui veulent aller à la plage en vélo.Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. C’est une adresse que nous conserverons avec plaisir!
