Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds in 90, 1 TV rooms). A SDE - WC. A shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating in addition, parking in the garden. Cottage in a village of the haute Vallée de L'aude, dominated by the famous pic de Bugarach. On-site you will enjoy many walks, small lake at 500 m from the village, thermal swimming pool in Rennes les Bains in 10 minutes. Rennes le Château is proximitee. Terrace and walled garden 1000 m² with garden furniture and barbecue.
