The open kitchen is a dream for food lovers: 6-burner gas stove, large electric oven, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, and all the equipment you need to cook like at home. A practical utility room with washing machine, dryer, and extra fridge adds to the comfort.

At night, three bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed, guarantee peaceful sleep. The bathroom features both a shower and bathtub, electric towel warmer, and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet.

Outside, enjoy it all: terrace for meals, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and most importantly, a private pool open from June 15 to September 15—perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sun. Outside these dates, the house remains just as comfortable, though the pool won’t be available.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house so you can stay connected if you wish.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
