Come and discover this charming, light-filled studio apartment, with its terrace and garden, ideal for a getaway for two! Vaux-sur-Mer has a wealth of activities to fill your days: walks or cycle rides along the magnificent Côte de Beauté, swimming, water sports, boat cruises, markets and other events... This modern studio has a large living room with a foldaway double bed and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, and a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Bed linen provided, towels available at extra cost, Wifi. No pets allowed. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Dank nogmaals !!! Met eigen ingang, groot terras en parkeerplek is dit zeker een aanrader Winkel, strand en restaurant is binnen 750 meter Mochten wij nog een keer naar Royan willen dan is dit zeker een heel goede optie 🙁 Eigenlijk niets"

Le logement est agréable,fonctionnel,y a tout ce qu'il faut c'est comme à la maison. Belle surprise le jaccuzi tout juste installé c'est un plus, la friteuse,le super barbecue et les lumières sur la terrasse autour de la cuisine d'été c'est charmant ... Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons volontiers si l'occasion se représente. Merci beaucoup pour tout...."

Manava "1) Dans l'ensemble bon séjour. Je me suis sentie en sécurité grâce aux caméras présentent dans le jardin ainsi que la présence du propriétaire qui n'est jamais très loin à bricoler et qui n'hésite pas a venir nous voir régulièrement donc top. 2) ??NEANMOINS ?? Je n'ai pas apprécié le désistement concernant l'accord avec le propriétaire quant à rester jusqu'à 12:00/13:00 celui ci m'avait indiqué que cela ne lui posait aucun problème. 2jrs après il m'annonce que finalement il faudra quitter le logement à 9:00 car une autre personne venait de réserver et que celle ci arriverait à 11:00. Or sur le règlement c'est noté les arrivées à partir de 15:00 et quand on s'engage on s'engage un peu d'organisation ! Surtout qu'il avait connaissance d'un rendez-vous important le jour du départ à 12:00 et que cela éviterait de laisser mon animal de compagnie dans la voiture en m'attendant ! Donc super, ?? ! Presque mise a la porte. Dommage."
