During your stay at Sugar Sands, you’ll find the amenities just as enjoyable as the home itself. Spend some time in the living area, where you can make use of the WIFI or watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. When it’s time to eat, the fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances for preparing meals. Or if you’d rather grill, the property comes with a propane barbeque grill. Either way, feel free to enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area. Sugar Sands also has a heated pool!

Staying in the city of Holmes Beach is great but staying at Sugar Sands makes in that much better. Here you’ll be only a few blocks away from the white sands of the Gulf beaches, making Sugar Sands worthy of the name. You’ll also be close to great island restaurants and shops, letting you get a taste of life on Anna Maria Island. Travel a bit further north to the city of Anna Maria, there you can enjoy more island dining, or even visit the famous Bean Point Beach.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck.
