Your accommodation will be in a revisited, independent fisherman's house, with slate terrace, flower bed and lawn area, enclosed by low walls, in a quiet environment with a view of the sea. 4-room house of 108m², offering 8 adult beds plus 1 baby (pets prohibited).

ON THE GROUND FLOOR
A living room with TV, DVD player, armchair, sofa, table with chairs, US kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob and extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fryer, plancha.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its open linen wardrobe, with French window on the garden level.
A bathroom with sink, bathtub and washing machine.
A separate toilet.
The whole is tiled.

- UPSTAIRS
A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe half wardrobe and half linen room, a cot, a changing table and access to the terrace (27 m²) where there is garden furniture and sunbathing.
A bedroom with 4 beds 90 cm, a desk and small wardrobe cupboard.
A bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC.
The landing and the bedrooms have parquet flooring, the bathroom covered.
Each bed has its own duvet, 60×60 pillow, blanket and bedspread.
All the baby necessities, bath, bath seat, small chair and potty are at your disposal.

In a small outbuilding, there is garden furniture with armchairs, 2 sun loungers and a gas barbecue-plancha.

Before departure, the house must be tidied up: dishwasher emptied, filters and/or capsules removed, the refrigerator emptied and cleaned, the bins emptied and evacuated and the floor vacuumed.
All electrically heated, cost not included.
