- five bedrooms with double bed, four of which are 140x200 cm and one is 140x190 cm,
- a bathroom with bath and shower,
- a second bathroom with shower,
- three separate toilets,
- work desk,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- baby bed,
- TV, satellite or cable, stereo system, wifi,
- games room, games for all ages, children’s games,
- garage for 3 cars, cellar,

- A 7 × 3.5 m heated swimming pool, open from May to September, secured by an alarm and equipped with an automatic water treatment system using salt electrolysis, for easy maintenance and optimal comfort,

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.
