Cosy Apartment with Sea View in Lumbarda – Korčula Island
This charming ground floor apartment offers space for up to 5 people and is located in the first row to the sea, only about 20 m from the water. The next sandy beach is about 150 m away. The accommodation has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living kitchen with a sofa bed for an additional person, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace of about 15 m² with sea view.
The kitchen-diner is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and sink. Air conditioning and satellite TV provide additional comfort. Guests can use the communal washing machine and share the garden with a small barbecue area.
A boat mooring directly at the house is available free of charge. Small pets are welcome by arrangement. Since 2023, the hosts have been running a small wine tasting room and offer homemade products such as schnapps, olive oil, jam and regional specialities.
The environment is ideal for families, couples, and active holidaymakers who want to enjoy the beach, sea, and nature. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the town centre are within walking distance, and the location is quiet and idyllic.
