This cozy holiday home is located in the small resort of Seget Vranjica, only 6 km west of the picturesque coastal town of Trogir whose old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.In the second row to the sea it offers a fantastic sea view. The nearest beach is hardly 50m.

The house is located in a residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Therefore, it is certainly quiet and relaxing here. The house has a total of 4 apartments on 3 floors. 2 apartments are suitable for 4 persons each and offer satellite TV, air conditioning and a spacious south-facing terrace with sea views.

The beautiful garden area offers in addition to the outdoor grill and associated dining area and a small swimming pool to relax.  Depending on the weather, the pool is usually open from the end of May to the beginning of October.

Orange trees, palm trees and other Mediterranean plants thrive in the garden. A large lockable garage and 2 additional parking spaces are available for guests' cars. Your pets are welcome too. For boat owners, a mooring can be provided free of charge.

The nearest beach is a rocky beach with gravel areas. The water is crystal clear and clean and is great for swimming and snorkeling. In the neighboring camping area there is also a laundrette and other pebble beaches, tennis courts, mini golf, and the like.
