This cottage, affectionately named "La Petite Maison" (The Little House), is attached to a main house. It is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor: - a living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen - a utility room with a washing machine - a separate toilet Upstairs: - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - a shower room - a separate toilet Outside: - two small walled courtyards with gates, one on either side of the house (one leading to the living room and the other to the kitchen) - two terraces, one with sun loungers and a relaxation area, the other with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue Parking is available in front of the property, on the street. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted: the GR34 trail is within easy walking distance, perfect for discovering the gems of the Emerald Coast, and the "Voie 2 Bretagne" cycle route (from Saint-Malo to Arzal) is just 1.2 km away. On the other side of the dam, visit the walled city of Saint-Malo (11 km) or Saint-Suliac, a former fishing village on the banks of the Rance River, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France (16 km).
