Discover this pleasant duplex apartment of 46 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideally located on the beachfront in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, offering an unobstructed view of the ocean. Just a few metres from the sand, it provides the perfect setting for relaxing family holidays, punctuated by sea air and the sound of waves.
Outside, from the living room, a bay window leads you to a bright loggia fitted with a table and a seating area. A privileged space to enjoy your meals facing the sea or simply relax while enjoying the ocean view.
Inside the apartment, you will find a pleasant living area including a living room space with a sofa, an armchair and a television, ideal for your moments of relaxation. The adjacent dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 people. Just next to it, the open and functional kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle and all the utensils you may need to prepare your meals.
The stairs are miller's stairs, so quite steep, they will be replaced in the future.
