Cosy Apartment in a Quiet Location in Veli Lošinj – Just a Few Minutes from the Sea



This charming apartment is located on a lovingly maintained plot of around 2000 m² in the idyllic holiday resort of Veli Lošinj on the island of Lošinj. The accommodation is situated in a quiet, green environment and is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy relaxation, the sea, and Mediterranean nature.



The apartment offers space for up to three people and convinces with a friendly, functional equipment. It has a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a small, well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle and filter coffee machine. Air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV provide additional comfort.



A special highlight is the cosy terrace with direct access to the garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors or let the evening end with a glass of wine. A private outdoor grill is available to you, as well as a parking space directly at the house. The property is completely fenced and offers many shady spots to relax, in addition to an old palm tree and a small pond.



To the sea and the nearest bathing bays, it is only about 500 metres. There you can expect crystal-clear water, rocky and pebble beaches as well as the best conditions for swimming, snorkelling or kayaking. The picturesque old town of Veli Lošinj with its charming harbour, cosy cafés, restaurants and small shops can also be reached in just five minutes on foot.



In the surrounding area, you will find numerous leisure activities such as boat rental, cycling and hiking trails, sailing and diving schools, as well as additional beaches along the coast. Those who wish to explore the island actively can look forward to varied tours with magnificent views of the sea and the neighbouring islands.



The friendly landlords also live on the property and are happy to provide you with tips - they speak Croatian, English, Italian and Russian. Breakfast can be booked at an additional cost upon request.

The actual hosts, Vesna and Ivan are wonderful people, we felt at home from the very beginning. Quiet surroundings a short walk from the shops and restaurants and also a beautiful beach. They were very helpful and extremely generous people without being intrusive, their suggestions allowed us to make the best of our time on Lošinj island. I strongly recommend staying at their place. We will always remember these days spent in Veli Lošinj :)

Mit Zrinka selbst hatten wir nichts zu tun. Die eigentlichen Vermieter haben direkt bebenan gewohnt, so dass sie immer erreichbar waren. Als wir ankamen, luden uns zum Mitessen ein. Sie sind sehr herzlich und angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist auf einem sehr schön bewachsenen Gelände, die Wege sind alle nicht weit. Unser Auto haben wir abgestellt und die ganze Woche nicht mehr bewegt. Herrlich. Ein sehr kleiner, schöner Hafen mit einigen Restaurants. Im Sommer fahren in dem Ort selbst keine Autos. Wunderschöne malerische Buchten. Wenn man viel Action möchte, ist man an diesem wunderschönen Ort falsch.

Wir buchten ein Appartement für 3 erwachsene Personen. Dieses Appartement ist für max. 2 Personen gemacht. Extrem klein. Kein Platz mehr für Gepäck. Sehr unsauber, Waschmaschine dreckig, Klimaanlage alt, kühlt nur mangelhaft, lässt sich nicht verstellen, WLAN funktioniert plötzlich nicht mehr, Appartement gesamthaft sehr alt. Für Preis stimmt die Leistung nicht.

Baldini sind Gäste die sich kein Vermieter wünschen kann. Sie haben nach einer Woche um 1 weitere Woche verlängert. Soviel dazu, dass das Apartment angeblich so schlimm war. Die Klimaanlage wurde von den Gäste eigenmächtig auseinandergebaut und manipuliert, statt den Eigentümer zu informieren. Die Klimaanlage hat die ganze Zeit über normal funktioniert. Insgesamt war es eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung.
