The friendly landlords live on the 1st floor while 3 apartments and a guest room are available for rent on the ground floor. In front of the house there is a large garden area with various terraces available to guests, so that each rental unit has its own space in the garden. There is also the option to use the large brick outdoor grill. Children are allowed to move and play freely on the fully fenced property. There is also a free private parking space on the property.
