Penthouse Apartment with Stunning Sea Views, 150m to Beach, in Quiet Area

Apartment Weemala is a spacious and tastefully furnished penthouse apartment with stunning sea views from its large dining and sunbathing terrace. It is located just 150m from the nearest beach and 250m from the pretty harbour of the village centre. Although it is placed in one of the most popular tourist destinations of the Adriatic Sea the apartment lies in a quiet neighbourhood of Bol.

From its terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sea view and views of Island Hvar in the distance. The terrace in summer is shaded by a bamboo roof so you can enjoy dining at all times of the day. On the terrace you can grill meals on a portable charcoal BBQ.

The apartment is accessed by internal stairs in the house. The apartment spreads over the whole top (2nd) floor. At the top of the stairs there is a lobby area and off this to one side is the main apartment and to the other side is a door to one of the single bedrooms.

In the main apartment is a large open plan living dining room. From this room are 2 sliding doors that lead out onto the terrace.

To the side of the dining area is the fully fitted kitchen.

Sleeping is in 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. Off the master bedroom is a sea view balcony.

There is 1 shower room and a separate WC where the washing machine is also.

Parking is available on the street in front of the apartment.

Almost everyday you can enjoy the guest performances by well-known theatres, renowned musicians, popular singers and local cultural groups performing local dances, songs and plays.

For the sports lover there is windsurfing, scuba diving, jet skiing, tennis and bike rentals.

Getting to Brac: Take the car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 50 minutes.

You can book your ferry tickets on the ferry line website or buy them at the ticket office on arrival.
If you book online you have to enter a ferry time but the tickets are valid for any ferry on the day. For Supetar you can't book a place for your car on a specific ferry.

The cost of a one-way ferry ticket for a car up to 5m in length is 26,10 Euros. Adult tickets are 6,50 Euros, children between 3-12 years old pay 3,20 Euros. Children under 3 years old travel for free.
