It comprises a lovely 27 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a 5000 m² enclosed garden with private, secure swimming pool. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 27 m² living room with TV, fireplace (first flambé offered), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower and WC)
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bunk bed
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, brazier, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 8.7 m x 4.8 m swimming pool (private, with alarm, unheated) open all year round
- A beautiful, fully enclosed and private garden of 5000m² with terrace and garden furniture (sun loungers) to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is located in Sari-Solenzara, in a very pleasant, quiet, natural setting.

You'll find all the essential shops in Solenzara, a 15-minute drive away (supermarket, restaurants, bars, boutiques, hairdresser, etc.).

Hiking, beach, climbing, canyoning, "via ferata", river water sports, tree climbing, night shopping, quad, bike, jet-ski or boat hire.

Transportation:
The car is the most recommended and practical means of transportation. You can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
