Construction

There was nothing mentioned about the construction and the balcony being closed for the price. And to me that should have been mentioned or discounted. And I had to call to get the door number to get in the room after check in time.

Reliable is key!

We were down this week for my daughter’s softball tournament and my honeymoon. Condo has some minor cosmetic issues but it had everything you would need other than beach items like chairs, beach towels, etc. But my biggest issue was the air conditioner. Day two i noticed it was warm in the condo. I sent a text message to the owners and they had maintenance come look at it. The next day the temperature didn’t change so I reached back out, maintenance brought out a new thermostat. Day 4 the temp hadn’t changed so he sent out an AC company. At this point they were told they needed a new unit. I talked to the owners and they said they were coming down. By Thursday night we had a portable ac unit and a new ac unit. They also bought us dinner which we appreciated. Even though it did suck to stay in the heat, they didn’t stop trying to make it right for us and were extremely apologetic. We will definitely rent from them again!

We both grew up going to Panama City Beach and dated in college then life took us in separate directions for 20+ years but it was Panama City Beach that brought us back together. We now have three beachfront condos that we hope you'll enjoy spending time at as much as we do. We know you'll fall in love with Panama City Beach as much as we did and want to return and we'd love to have you back.

Why they chose this property

Sunbird is a cozy but spacious 1BR condo on the 2nd floor so no waiting for elevators. Just walk up a short flight of stairs and your at your destination. The location is great. Close to many restaurants including next door to Pineapple Willey's.

What makes this property unique

There are 3 pools for the property with plenty of desk space for sun bathing. New coin/card laundry on site and the facility is gated for added security
