Conveniently located to both major airports via 121 and Dallas N. Tollway. Easy access to all the fun in The Colony, Frisco, Plano and quick 20 mins to downtown. Quick trip to Winstar (35E) or Choctaw Casinos (75)...I know...been there done that! :-)
