We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious and very comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The host was kind and responsive, which made the experience even smoother. We also appreciated having access to the garage—it was a nice added convenience. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would happily return.
This home is perfect for everyone to have space! The open concept and modern look gives you the at home feel. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood.
We had a wonderful time! Property was perfect size for family hangout with private areas when we needed rest. Clean remodeled home close to everything you need.
We booked this rental to attend our daughter’s engagement party that was being given in nearby Carrollton, TX. Her fiancés family lives in Plano, TX; just down the street. It was the perfect location and very close to Restaurants and local grocery stores
We were here for an extended stay while our new home was being built.
Jiajia was very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed.
The home was updated & very comfortable! The location was great & was the main reason we picked it. Would highly recommend this home!
Our visit was extremely comfortable in the newly updated and very modernized house. All of it was done extremely well. The neighborhood, while an older neighborhood, was quiet and peaceful. The house was a perfect stay for us!

“Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us and we hope to see you again. :)
I was instantly impressed with this house. You can park in the 2 car garage and access the home easily. Everything we needed was supplied. It has gorgeous upgrades and basically a new remodel. Neighborhood was quiet and surrounded by many shops, restaurants and close to the interstate. I can't say enough about this house. Highly recommend you will NOT be disappointed.
The house was just as described. It was nice and clean. We did have a few problems. There was no internet until the next day when our host told us to reboot in the garage. The front door would not unlock, the sliding door would not lock, & only warm water in the master shower. The beds were comfortable & plenty of towels.
Our trip stared out to be a visit to our sick brother but unfortunately turned into attending his funeral. The house was perfect for what we needed. 3 couples ... siblings all over 70 stayed and we were able to visit without distraction. Other siblings and cousins stopped by on day 2 and again, we were able to visit and enjoy each other's company. The church was very close. The house was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of space, and the owner was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Nice but no communication and an overgrown yard
The house was quiet and comfortable for our stay and was enjoyable for the most part. The backyard and patio were hard to enjoy with weeds that were almost 18” tall. The entire lawn was not maintained and hadn’t been for a while due to the violation notice posted on the door when we arrived. Wasn’t a very welcoming sign. Also, we contacted the host three different times, once while in route, and twice during our stay and received no response until after we had already checked out. Probably will look somewhere else next time.
We had to leave our house, which is only 12 minutes from this property. We didn't have a vehicle, while were were there. But, I made sure that we had plenty of food to cook and I brought my large crockpot. The property was pretty well stocked with cooking supplies (although, I brought my own). I would suggest a better toaster, better can opener and some mixing bowls. There is only one TV in the living room, so our Daughter brought one over for the bedroom. Other than that, it was great.
The house is beautiful and amazingly clean!
From the moment we walked in this home, we were stunned by the beautiful and classy decor, the state-of-the art appliances, as well as the well equipped kitchen and bathrooms! The host definitely knows how to make one feel well cared for.
The house is in a quiet part of a street which has very minimal traffic. My son and I took morning walks on the nearby trail before we started our day. It is a few minutes away from SH 75, which can take you directly to downtown Dallas.
During our second to last day, the power went out for a couple of hours, but our host was reachable and within minutes had contacted the power company and found it was an outage in the area. We were treated to a trip to a nearby Starbucks to enjoy some ice drinks while we waited for the power, which eventually came back. The grace, great and timely communication of the host will bring us back for sure!
Five of us stayed here over a long weekend and the space was enough for all of us. I had to reach out to the owner the day before our arrival in order to get check in information, but access was very easy after that. The property has a lot of potential, but I’m not sure if it’s still a work in progress for the owner or what.
The biggest issue we had was with the hall shower. There was absolutely no hot water and the pressure was terrible. When I heard back from the owner, she said the hot and cold lines were reversed and that she needed to get a plumber out to fix that. So I tried again with reverse logic, but the faucet leaks so much during shower mode that there’s almost no pressure unless you have it turned to full blast hot, which is actually cold. We never did get hot water in the hall shower. All 5 of us ended up using the shower in the primary bathroom, which was quite inconvenient.
Other minor issues: The sitting area was covered in dog hair and the dishwasher was full when we arrived. There’s numerous light switches but who knows what half of them do? The yard was overgrown with tall weeds, though someone did come by and mowed after our first night there. Finally, the pillows provided are terrible. It’s like putting a pillowcase inside a pillowcase and calling it a pillow. We should’ve brought our own.
Again, this property has tons of potential. If the plumbing were to be fixed and the home overall better maintained, we would return. As of now, we won’t return.
