• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

Great getaway

The property was very clean and the check in process was simple. The property owner responded in a very timely fashion, and we enjoyed the outside patio. The only negative thing was that the property is beside the railroad track and multiple trains came through everyday and night, but other than that it was great.

Great Rental Property

Overall, this was a great place to stay! It was clean and had plenty of space…it was also nice that each room has their own bathroom. The train tracks are close, so you will definitely hear the train, but that didn’t bother us. You can also bring coins to put in the tracks if you want!There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance, a Publix grocery is nearby, and downtown is a short 12-15 drive.

Great wedding stay!

Stayed here with some friends for a wedding and we had a great time! The rooftop space was great for hanging out with coffee and drinks. The train theme is spot on, because you can definitely hear the trains passing throughout the day/night, but the hosts were nice enough to leave ear plugs in the kitchen which helped to completely eliminate the noise. Definitely recommend as a good spot to stay for any event in the area.

Before you decide to rent this VRBO, please be aware of the transformative experience I had. First, my uncle came to visit me from Hawaii, so I decided to surprise him with a mini vacation to Nashville. Unfortunately, I was the one who was surprised by the incredible opportunity to practice patience and understanding when I walked into the place we rented. It was Not a chance to rise above the trash everywhere and the blood all over the bathroom. Immediately, I connected with the host regarding the condition, and he stated that the cleaning person would come over, but that never happened. I have pics of everything I'm complaining about, and I requested my refund back. As of today, I'm still navigating this journey, and I'd like to enlighten others about this place before considering renting

Close to downtown

My sisters and our daughters do an annual Mother's Day trip! This place was great because it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate. It was close to downtown and there was a shuttle option available to us which was very convenient. We loved the rooftop! We spent almost every evening out there enjoying the fire pit and conversation! What this property needs though is better cleaning. The walls are all dirty as well as the outlets on the walls. There was also mold on the shower curtains and no trash cans in the bathrooms. A fresh coat of paint and new shower liners would make a big difference!!
