Fantastic property.

The property was perfect for us. We stayed for two weeks. The house was spacious with a lovely open plan living room. The outdoors area was even better with a large pool and a large entertaining area. Would recommend this property and will definitely be returning.

April in Hudson

The House was great. Loved the pool but not heated without a daily fee. There was sufficient amount of towels but no washcloths. The kitchen facilities were adequate. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to take an evening walk.

Family vacation

Everything was good only exception was one of the legs on the bed was broke so my granddaughters slept we me in the master bed. Had a few ants but he said he would look into a private exterminator. Could of been caused from the heat. Will rent again. Pool was the highlight of our stay

Great location

We stayed for an entire month. The location was right around the corner from the grocery store and pharmacies. The location was great! We really enjoyed our stay. However, the master bedroom's sliding door to the pool would not lock, which was a concern. The washer and dryer had issues starting the first day we arrived. Thankfully, the owner replaced them with new ones half way through our trip. Overall, we had a great month staying here!

Home is in a nice neighborhood and has a nice pool. Convenient location for shopping. A grill is listed, but not available to guest. House doesn't have golf course view. Course closed 3 years ago. Primary king bed is terrible and needs replaced. All furniture in living area is broke down and needs replacing. Would not stay here again.

This place saved our vacation.

This place was orders of magnitude better than the location we had to quickly leave due to cleanliness issues. The host was very accommodating to allow us to check in early after contacting him on short notice. Host communication was exceptional. The house itself was great. Very spacious and clean. It was stocked very well (pots, pans, dishes, towels, wash cloths, etc.) The second bathroom was a life saver, with having 5 people in our group. We did have some ants around the en-suite bathroom, but that was expected with us staying there in July. There were traps in place to mitigate that. The pool area was awesome. We stayed outside as much as possible and spent at least a couple of days in the pool during our stay, which was very refreshing on the hot days and peaceful during the night. The evening thunderstorms were great to watch & listen to from the outdoor lounge area. We can't wait to book here again the next time we visit Florida.

Listing is inaccurate

I made the assumption that this property would come with a grill. A grill was in the garage and a message was sent to the host about whether it can be used. Paul took over 24 hours to respond to the message so in the meantime I brought the grill out to the patio and found it leaking propane. The message that was received from the host was “bbq is not allowed due to insurance purposes”. A bill at the conclusion of the stay was sent for bbq use!The house is inadequately supplied with cookware. Three pans for cooking, but we made due. A sprinkler head was damaged and I was willing to pay for the repair but no invoice was submitted. (The sprinkler heads are directly next to the driveway that is just big enough for two cars) and there is no parking on the street. NOT TO MENTION, the listing says ‘hot tub’’whirlpool’ and that is not true it’s an “overflow” for the pool according to the host. I had reached out to find out on the jets turn on and was told it is not a hot tub or whirlpool just an overflow. Overall, the pool is nice and I have not had an experience like this renting a home where the host is not very responsive. The price is decent but beware that more money will try and be acquired after the stay. My recommendation is spend a little more money for a hotel or responsive host. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they agreed the listing is not accurate and that the grill charge doesn’t have to be paid. They said the sprinkler damage will be covered by them

House in the Hudson

Had a wonderful stay at the property. This is our second stay here. The property is in a nice quiet area and is fully equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and the outside tv was a big plus in the evenings. 5 star

Beautiful home with VERY nice pool.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Hudson home with a lovely pool and whirlpool. Beds were all so comfortable. Grandkids came to visit us and they enjoyed the pool so much as we did too. Loved the huge island in between the kitchen and living room area. Just a wonderful home to stay at with everything you need. 1 car garage was a plus to pull the rental car in so not to worry, but the neighborhood was amazing, well kept, clean, nothing to worry about. We will stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Perfect house for pandemic getaway

Our family had not traveled in over a year due to the pandemic. We decided it was time for a getaway that would allow us to be safe, not knowing how the pandemic would have progressed at the time that we booked. What drew us to this house was that it's pet friendly and has a pool. Upon arrival of the house, we were amazed just how spacious the place was. We made very good use of the gathering places, indoors and out. While indoors, we often found ourselves gathered around the giant kitchen island. When outside, we made good use of the pool and covered porch. Overall we loved the house and what it had to offer. This is a fantastic place to visit if you're looking for somewhere to get away that isn't "touristy".

Great location and home.

We had an outstanding stay at this property. The owner was easy to contact and was very accommodating. The home is spacious and the pool large and relaxing. I would recommend this home to others looking for a quite spot that's still close to other activities.

Dream Vacation

As discribed house was clean, spacious, well equipped with everything needed. We loved the pool where we spent most of our time and had our meals outside. The owner was very helpful with information and quick responses. The area is very quiet and easy access to the gas station and stores. We had a very relaxing and wonderful time! Definitely would vacation there again!!

Great home away from home

Me and my family loved this house . It was in a really nice community as well and my kids loved riding the bikes around and even to the close stores. Also was only about 15 minutes from weekie washe which is a natural spring water park, with a underwater mermaid show. We will definitely be back. This place also has a community watch and these older lady’s ride around at dark to make sure everything is going good. The neighbors are nice as well. Wonderful place💕
