2025 UPDATE: **Our house has been completely renovated! See the new pictures! ** You'll start to relax as soon as you arrive at your waterfront destination across from Hudson Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Our beach cottage is on a canal with direct access to the Gulf less than a minute away! Sit out on the lanai and relax as the sun sets over the Gulf. The interior lends itself well to a romantic getaway or a fun group atmosphere with an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. All have water views.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom is a large space with a king size bed, ample furniture, and a large closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king when needed. A day bed off the dining area completes the sleeping accommodations, suitable for kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with open counter space and an island bar for additional seating.

Perfect Getaway For Our Small Family!

We had a really great time in this cozy home. The deck in the private, fenced yard (we brought our miniature Schnauzer with us) has a great view directly into the Gulf, and made our daily kayak launches very easy.

Quiet and peaceful stay at quintessential Florida bungalow

This adorable cottage had everything I needed for a restful 10 day stay. Highlights included jumping fish and a visiting Anhinga sunning on the dock. Host went out of his way to make me feel welcome on arrival and there were lots of personal touches like lavender antibacterial soup that were no doubt those of the hostess.

We enjoyed our week at the “Hudson Beach home”. It was very comfortable & had everything we needed. Fun catching snapper & catfish off the floating dock! We loved having our boat right at the dock in the backyard! The owner & the neighbors were very nice.

Relax the stress away

A very cozy home on the Canal, peaceful and quiet. Dolphins swam up and down the canal every day we were there. The home had everything we needed and was great. We plan on staying here again later in the year. Thanks for a great experience

We had a wonderful experience here! It was so relaxing. Sitting by the bay, watching the wind blow the palm trees, beautiful birds and lizards play was the perfect ending to come home to after a fun day at the beach. Everything was provided minus the groceries. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, Open Home a Stone's Throw from the Gulf

What a great property! Located in a quiet neighborhood on a lagoon, VERY close to the Gulf of Mexico. The owner was VERY responsive to our little issues (we lost a key & had a TV problem); everything was quickly corrected. The neighbors were friendly & we loved sitting near the canal, while enjoying good books, wildlife & the sunshine. Very reasonably priced. I'd certainly recommend it & stay there again.

This home was the perfect place to host our little family getaway! The gulf access was awesome for boat rides and morning fishing trips, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the views at sunset and cooling off in the step down right in the back yard. Cannot wait to plan our next trip! The only negative thing was having to leave this little piece of heaven. Such a wonderful and relaxing place to enjoy nature.
