Safe Cozy Studio near Airport, Beaches

Modern studio with it's own private entrance, full kitchen with all essentials, full bathroom with all the amenities and self free parking.
New Queen size 14" Novaform Gel Memory Foam bed.
Open floor plan accommodating 2 guests.
Quick and easy step by step photos for self check-in and checkout.
24" Insignia Led Fire with loaded apps (guests must use their own account for access).

Side entrance.
Studio is adjacent to main home.
On the premises their are 4 units:
Front, main house
Three studios
All with their own ASSIGNED parking and entrances.
We are centralized, close to beaches, hotels, entertainment and airport.
We have security cameras in front of the house side of the house and backyard.
Quite time after10:00PM
No Parties
No Smoking, pot, cigarettes, cigars or of any kind in or around the premises!

NO SMOKING POT / CIGARETTES OF ANY KIND IN OR around PREMISES. QUITE time after 10pm in or around the house CAN'T FOLLOW DON'T BOOK! WILL BE A $200.
No parties in or around premises One assign parking per reservation. Extra parking? Please notify host. No parking in front of neighbors houses.
Checkout: Turn off Aircondition and lights Clear kitchen and throw out the garbage. There are 4 green underground garbage cans in front of the house.

Close to the airport

It was a great place to crash after a long, late flight. It was a nice, quiet, older neighborhood with not very many street lights and dark streets. It was very secure with two locked outside gates. Great for airport access. Perfect for what we needed.
