Great balcony apartment with air conditioning:
Very nice balcony apartment ideal for 2-4 people - bedroom with double bed 180x200cm - but it could also accommodate 4 people. stay overnight (for 4 people the sofa bed is opened 140 x 200 with a fixed bed)
The apartment is on the first floor and has a large balcony to the back yard.
At the bottom of the house is a cafe with fresh cakes and pies.
You are welcome to rent garages. Bakers and butchers are nearby and the beautiful large shopping center RMC.

Très proche au centre ville pietonne
Avec une petite terrasse l'immeuble est idéal pour deux personnes, malgré le troisième place (canapé). Salle de bain avec lave-linge; équipements minimales. Un seche-cheveux a été mis à disposition sur demande.

Vorab folgende Information. Weil die von uns gebuchte Wohnung S4 noch nicht zur Verfügung stand, die Mieter hatten ihren Aufenthalt verlängert, wurde uns Wohnung S10 angeboten. Wir haben das Angebot angenommen. Die Wohnung S10 ist größer, sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer und auch einen Geschirrspüler. Nachteil, sie liegt im Dach und hat keinen Balkon. Wegen der aktuell herrschenden Hundstage hatte der Vermieter noch eine Klimaanlage installiert, die den Aufenthalt in der Dachwohnung doch einigermaßen erträglich machte. Überhaupt sind die Vermieter sehr aufmerksam. Wir hatten keinen Grund zur Klage. Am vierten Tag unseres Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit dem WLAN. Die Verbindung war instabil und teilweise ganz weg. Der Vermieter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Leider konnte die anfänglich sehr gut funktionierende WLAN Qualität nicht wieder ganz hergestellt werden. Unser Fazit, gern jederzeit wieder. Urlaub in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus, nahe am Zentrum von Bayreuth, das hat was.

Lage top, Größe ok, Balkon gut
Einrichtung naja, Sauberkeit naja

Stellungnahme: Schade das ich den Gast weiter empfohlen habe wußte ja nich das er unfaire Bewertung abgibt.
die Fotos hat der Gast gesehen alles entspricht den Fotos. Danach jammern ist schade vielleicht lag es an den Schlechten Sturmwetter das das gebuchte Wochenende nicht nach seinen Wunsch verlief. Der Balkon war bei den Wetter eh nicht zu nutzen außer lt. Gast zum Rauchen genutzt daher sicher gut für Ihn. Möbel veraltert = Quatsch - warum hatte er dann nicht die 5 Sterne Dachterrassen Wohnung von uns gemietet. Mit den Geld rum jammern - sind doch die günstigen Winterpreise und das wußte er doch kann doch lesen.
Schade es kommt immer mal vor das Gäste unfaire Bewertungen abgeben, das erkennt mann an den vorherigen Bewertungen das die Wohnung gut ist.

Die Wohnung ist sauber,ordentlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum ideal, in5 min Fussweg zu erreichen.
der Weg zum Festspielhaus unkompliziert und ca. 25 min. Fussweg.
Also für Festspielbesucher zu empfehlen.
