Beautiful house with great location near the center of Bayreuth (10 minutes walk to the center)
From the balcony you can see the festival hall when the leaves have fallen from the trees.
Barbecuing is allowed on the balcony.
You can enjoy the tranquility and yet you are very close to the center.
The baker and butcher is nearby. It is about 800 m to the supermarket.
From 2015, garages are also available for rent.

Leider ist der Gast nicht fähig fair zu beurteilen und die Probleme mit Fewo-Direkt in unsere Bewertung einbringt. Das hat leider nichts mit unserer Bewertung zu tun. Eine voll ausgestattete 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Zentrumnähe Bayreuth am Maisels Park mit einem Balkon und einem Gratis Parkplatz. Das alles für 85 Euro die Nacht ( für 2 Personen) und der Preis steht schon seit 7 Jahren und es gab bis jetzt keine Probleme.
Wir können ja auch nichts dafür das dieser Gast nachträglich bemerkt hat das diese Wohnung nicht mehr in seinem Budget passt. Wir empfehlen dem Gast sich beim nächsten mal in einer Pension auf dem Land was anzumieten.

Gute Lage aber Vorsicht!
Vorsicht bei Belegung mit 4 Erwachsenen. Unbedingt das Kleingedruckte lesen oder den Vermieter vorher fragen. Wohnung völlig überteuert!!! Trotz Werbung kein WLAN und kein Interesse das Problem zu beheben.

Weniger ist mehr!
Die Nähe zur Stadt ist sehr positiv wie auch die Nähe zu den Brauereien. Hat mir gut gefallen!
Jedoch ist wie in vielen Ferienwohnungen auch hier der Fall, dass die Wohnung mit übrigem, altem Mobiliar ausgestattet ist und nicht wirklich zusammenpasst. In der Küche ist ein Sammelsurium von Geschirr, jedoch fehlt das Wesentliche: große Kaffeehaferl und Geschirrtücher. Wie auch so oft sind Lampen eher Funzeln und manche Glühbirne funktioniert nicht. Der Balkon war unbrauchbar, weil schmutzig.Ein Schrank genügt im Schlafzimmer. Tisch im Wohnzimmer zu groß. Schlechtes Licht
Nichtsdestotrotz war die Wohnung insgesamt sauber und für 2 Nächte durchaus brauchbar. Auch der Hausherr war freundlich.

Schade das Gäste sagen das Tassen fehlen aber es uns nicht gleich sagen dann würden wir das besorgen. Aber ich habe nachkontrolliert 3 Große Tassen zu den 5 kleinen Tassen sind da. Da die R1( 55m2) oft mit der R3 (150m2) gebucht wird als eine Einheit für Gruppen werden schon ab zu die Tassen oder Geschirr nach oben in das Großstudio gebracht ...
Balkon unbrauchbar ...komisch neue Bestuhlung, 1 Tisch , 1 Grill. sogar 2016 für 2000 Euro ein Markise verbaut worden.... ca. 5 m2...alles in Stahlbauweise ca 10 Jahr jung... Ja der Aluboden etwas verwittert ...ist das schlimm... zu den Möbeln.....mache vergleichen alles mit der "S Klasse" zu Hause und wollen Joop Möbel.... die Fotos zeigen genau die Wahrheit welche Möbel vorhanden sind. So haben die Gäste gebucht .
Bitte machen Sie sich ein eigenes Bild was da dann zum Jammern gibt.

War soweit okay.
Das Durchgangs-Schlafzimmer zum WZ oder optional über den Gemeinschaftsflur war nicht so gut. Verdunkelung durch Aussenjalousinen war nicht gegeben, sodass das Fenster nachts geschlossen bleiben musste, was wiederum zu warm war. Kochgeschirr könnte bessere Qualität haben. Aber ansonsten okay.
