This bright and updated vacation rental includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes, an attached breakfast bar and a nearby dining table for meals, laptops, or rainy day games, and a sunlit living area with a large, sectional sofa, desk and chair, and a TV for movie nights. Outside, fire up the gas grill to add a little spice to your home cooked menu or just sit on the deck or the upper-level balcony and enjoy the fresh air.

Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place for the Family

Updated Home, Comfortable Bed!!!

Not a bad stay, home is nice, king bed is super comfortable, could use a couple of bathroom upgrades, but nice overall!

Successful weekend stay

This place was clean and even nicer than we expected. I stayed with 4 of my friends and we honestly could have had more people with how big and comfy the couch was. It had everything we needed to make a comfortable stay. Checking in and out was seamless. We really enjoyed our time here.
