Come stay at this comfortable 2 bed/1.5 bath townhome that features smart TVs, hardwood floors, King Bed, Queen, and full size twin bunkbeds. Location is 1 mile to the beach and boardwalk – whether a few min drive, short walk, bike ride, or trolley ride.

This quiet community has a swimming pool to enjoy when you’re back at the house. It is also located just a short walk from restaurants, bakery café, diner, and shops and a nature reserve with playground just around the corner from the community (less than 5 min walk).

Bethany beach

Place was as advertised :) very close to he beach and some really nice restaurants are in walking distance. The host was wonderful and very responsive. Will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the area!

Great getaway!

The house met all of our needs and was in walking distance to restaurants, bakery/coffee shop, and the beach! Owners were very responsive and accommodating. The next door neighbor was friendly and welcomed us to town, also.

Family Fun

Fit our family’s needs. The kids loved that there was a pool steps away from the property, so they could go swimming before or after visiting the beach. It was clean and the owners were always very responsive. Would book here again.

Peace and quiet

Great place with peace and quiet. We even spotted a deer in the back yard one evening. Boardwalk a bit far for kiddos to walk but very convenient to everything! Great diner across the way.

Great townhouse

We loved our stay! Perfect location in clean, updated, modern townhouse. Short walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee house and amazing Italian market. A mile walk to town and beach. Beach parking pass was key! Nice, quiet location. Couldn’t have asked for a better week. Would stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It was simply decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. We walked to a few restaurants that were around the corner and it was a short drive to the beach, a public golf course, and a grocery store. The parking pass for the beach came in handy. Jessica and Mario are great hosts.

Excellent little beach house close to the beach. Everything was well stocked and clean. Check in process was very easy. Communication with the owners was superb. We lost internet connection one afternoon and they responded right away to help us fix it. Beach parking pass and map where to park was a big plus! Very convenient to restaurants, coffee, playground and walking trails. We would love to book again.

Perfect getaway vacation spot

Our stay was amazing what a great location! The place is cozy with modern feel and all the amenities you could possibly need. Pool access for the community which is great when you just want to relax. Short drive to the beach and right off the main road that goes right into the heart of Bethany Beach. Parking pass for the beach and outdoor shower was clutch as well. This is a great area for a family and the beach is beautiful. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this - great hosts who were very communicative.

Great vacation

We found this property to be very well located in terms of walking distance to restaurants and shopping including the boardwalk. It was clean and the owners could not have been any better. We throughly enjoyed our time celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary here.

Just what you need!

Great, quiet location! The condo is well appointed in terms of fixtures, but in addition to linens and towels, you’ll need to provide your own paper products, hand towels, etc. Property owners were super responsive, generous and courteous. Outdoor shower is huge! What a plus! You can fit the whole family in there after a day in the sand. Neighbors were also very friendly & helpful.
