Located on a quiet pedestrian street in the city center, 500 meters on foot from the main beach, the port and shops, this house includes on the ground floor, an entrance, a living room with sofa and television, a dining room with a large table, a kitchen including an American fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, ceramic hobs. A veranda and an outdoor courtyard with a griddle and garden furniture.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms: one bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and its own shower room with shower and toilet, a second bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and its own shower room with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a dressing room, and its own shower room with shower and toilet.
In the basement, there is an office, a TV room with a sofa and access to the outdoor courtyard, a laundry room with a washing machine, a bedroom with two 80cm beds pushed together to make a 160x190cm bed, and a shower room with shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Please note: linens are not provided. Wi-Fi is included.

To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or bank check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €170. Optional services:

- End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €170 (subject to availability).

- Baby cot and high chair: €20/week (subject to availability).
