This 20th floor two bedroom, bunkroom, and two-bathroom unit floor plan located at the Sunrise Beach Resort offers breathtaking views of Panama City’s white sand beaches as well as the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf of mexico. Sunrise Beach Resort is located within walking/short drive distance from panama city’s most popular attractions and restaurants including Pier Park, and makes for a perfect family vacation, holiday, and weekend beach getaway destination!

This 1249 sq. Foot condo was professionally furnished and decorated with comfort and luxury in mind. You will find the master bedroom located on the gulf with its very own entry to the oversized beachfront balcony features a bamboo king size bed with a 42” wall mounted hdtv coupled with a private master bathroom with an oversized tub! The second bedroom boasts a ratan wood queen size bed and another 42” wall mounted flat screen hdtv. The bunkroom can comfortably sleep two and also has a 26” tv. This unit will comfortably sleep up to 8 people! The coastal style living room features a comfortable queen size pull out sofa and a 55” smart tv, along with a blue ray disk player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils and features brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! The coastal style dining area will comfortably seat six people. We are confident that you will absolutely love your stay at this condo and will want to comeback time and time again! Do note that there is an additional parking fee of $50 per parked vehicle that is paid to the resort. The fee is good for the entire stay! Vehicles taller than 80 inches in height cannot be parked at the resort.

Location was perfect. Only steps from the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. Very clean with easy parking. Friendly staff. Host was wonderful and responded quickly to my questions. Instructions were easy to follow and conveniently located.

Great place to stay. Resort was very clean, but our condo could have been cleaned better. Smelled of pee, and the base of commodes at the floor were dirty. Base boards were dusty. Cabinets felt sticky. We ended up washing the bathroom rugs. Great location, AMAZING sunsets! Lots of silverware, plates, and glasses.Kitchen had everything (even a hot water kettle) except scissors. The BEST thing was the view. We saw dolphins every morning, beautiful clear water, and the balcony was spacious and relaxing. Day to day staff were vigilant on keeping pool and hot tub clean, common area restrooms clean, pH levels checked multiple times a day on the pool and hot tub.

Property was great, we were there for a softball tournament and fit every need we had, we arrived considerably earlier then check in and we contacted Dmitriy and because know one was checked in the day before he let us check in early, it was perfect. Thanks, if we are in PCB again we will be staying here.

The condo was great, except the elevators.

While we were there, all the elevators broke down except for 1. This means that we waited 20-30 minutes for an elevator to go anywhere. Everything about the condo was great, however! The location is great. The owner was easy to contact. The facilities are great, too! Just the elevators, man!

Great location, the unit needs updating

The location and the property was great. The unit however was in need of a good cleaning and updating. The towel and washcloth looked like they came from a yard sale. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and shown a lot of wear. The refrigerator freezer would not even freeze a bottle of water when left over night. I have been renting condos at the beach for many years, this one would be at the bottom of my list.

The place to be in PCBF

This is it! The most peaceful, quiet, relaxing place. Very clean and spacious. Everything you need in one place with the best ocean view we've ever seen!! Plenty of towels, pillows, and extra-large rooms. Regular sized washer & dryer in its own room with a door. Walk-in closets, extra-large bathrooms, large side-by-side refrigerator... Plenty of parking in a beautiful garage with super-sized half-moon window cut-outs of an incredible ocean view!! Everything was so at-ease. The owner was absolutely excellent to speak to and answered immediately anytime there were questions. The heated outdoor pool on the 5th floor was heaven!! We loved being high above the beach with yet another beautiful ocean view. The pools/hot tubs had colorful lights at night. The only place we've stayed where we weren't in a hurry to leave! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay for our family!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious enough and comfortable for our family of 5. I appreciated that the kitchen had baking dishes, etc. as we make most meals in the condo. The furniture was comfortable, but there was a big decorative piece in the room that blocked the view from the kitchen and made the dining area as well as the living area quite cramped. We carefully moved it and that opened up the space so much. The “beach closet” was well stocked, but I’m glad I brought my own chair bc there were only 4 beach chairs there and we had 5 of us. Plenty of toys, etc for littles though! I was disappointed in the big master bathtub. I love a good soak, but it took me 25 min to fill about 4 inches bc of the faucet/water pressure. I also cleaned the tub first bc it looked clean, but wasn’t. (There were a few things like that—found a press-on finger nail from last guest, etc.) The water pressure also kept me from using the tub again during our stay, which was a bummer. The balcony is a great space and we enjoyed sitting out there. The furniture was cute, even if we didn’t find it overly comfortable. We like to lounge and read outside, so I would have loved a lounge chair to sit in, but this was fine. Overall, things were great, esp bc the pool, elevators, parking, and beach access are fantastic. Walk to mini-golf, go-carts, shopping, and restaurants! We’d definitely come again.

Beach view was fabulous! 20th floor seeing dolphins every morning, and a sea turtle a few mornings. Host was very nice, and quick to respond when we reached out. The place was very clean, had nearly everything we needed. The only negative thing I have to say is the beds aren’t the best, but if you wear yourself out enough on the beach, you’ll sleep just fine.
