Adjoining the owner's residence, the Château gîte boasts a well-maintained and inviting outdoor space with relaxing areas. Arranged on a single level, it offers: a living room/lounge, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with 4 ceramic burners, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator), two adjoining bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), the other with two single beds (90x200 cm), a bathroom with shower and toilet. Television and Wi-Fi are available. You will enjoy approximately 1 hectare of enclosed grounds with garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxing moments. Parking is available on the property. The "Boubou" house is an annex in the garden, converted into a reading room. For your comfort, bed linen, household linen, and towels are included. Electric heating is extra. Baby equipment is available. A mini-market is 5 km away, and a sports center and heated Olympic-size swimming pool are 13 km away. A great place to stay in the Landes region, synonymous with a gentle way of life.
